At midday, our chef prepares a selection of dishes that celebrate Mediterranean tradition and the authentic flavours of the area: freshwater fish with aromatic herbs from Garda, fragrant focaccia with stracciatella and dried tomatoes, bruschetta with basil, crunchy salads and artisanal desserts.
